We stopped by to take some pics and it looks like it's going to be a nice addition to Maho. When we were in P'Burg the owner of a clothing store on Front St, Rocky told us they will open Dec 15. Rocky is also the father of Harry at DK Gems. We have also heard Dec 20th and the end of Dec. My guess is early 2023. But they do have the chairs stacked on the site.

Thanks for the pics. Is it just shopping or dining as well? Assuming the chairs are for seating...smile. Going in January so hopefully we'll be able to check it out....
