Hello,
Looking for good real estate sites that have listings along Orient Beach, Orient Village, and Mt Vernon. We are looking to buy a simple studio. Everything find has a few listings all over $10M. We saw many studios at the 100-150 Euro mark last April.
TIA,
Liliana

Suggest you contact Danny Walle through her Facebook page or her webpage below. She is a French side real estate agent and really knows her stuff.

I agree with Charlie and Elaine.
There is very little regulation for real estate on the island. It would be nice if there was MLS where you could look at legitimate listings and check what was available. But that is not the case. My condo listing remained online with multiple sites for 3 years after I had bought it . There are many real estate sites online but unfortunately not accurate much of the time. I purchased my place after Irma and went through the process. If you can find a good reliable real estate professional, that would be the way to go.
