RonDon OP Traveler Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 4,412 Rhode Island	Someone posted awhile back that island is inindated with monkeys. We have been here almost 2 weeks and traveled pretty much every inch of island and have not seen one monkey Just an observation

islandgem Traveler Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 13,145 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada	They are very plentiful in Dawn Beach area. When staying there , I have seen as many as three per day. They can be quite aggressive, so best to keep your distance if you see any.
