I saw people using them or something similar in front of Pelican Key. Check mwith dive shops in Simpson Bay.

Last year there was a place renting similar machines on Simpson bay between the Roxy and Atrium.They also rent other other items such as kayaks etc. I doubt they do tours.

The Scuba Shop in Simpson Bay advertised having them in last year's Destination magazine.
