We had an great dinner here tonight. We shared an order of escargot for the appetizer. My wife had Roasted Salmon Filet and I had the Grilled Filet Mignon with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. Both dinners were excellent and the service couldn't be better. For dessert we shared a Vanilla Creme Brulee. Now we are stuffed

That's a large order of escargot. Looks delicious. I take it the salmon was cooked to perfection. Never had a bad steak there.
