Surprised that no one has commented on this. Any update?

Checked with TMM ( at Road Reef ) and they responded that everything is fine there.

I spoke with TMM the morning this occurred (we are currently out on our boat). No damage to any boats in the fleet.

A friend was in RT when this happened and saw the fires. Had foul smelling charred fiberglass drifting into Fort Burt Marina. Lone pyro or some sort of gang warfare? Pretty disturbing in any case.

Pictures from Road Reef boat fires. Very close to TMM and Conch Charters and right in front of the police station. Very disturbing.... https://www.facebook.com/jtv55scroll down on the facebook page to pic post

Returned to base yesterday. Burned boats still in water - one old catamaran and two “go fast boats” were evident. Smack dab next to the police station and across from Fort Burt fuel dock. No new news.

'go fast boats'? Used for drug smuggling? Perhaps that is the explanation?

'go fast boats'? Used for drug smuggling? Perhaps that is the explanation? Rival drug gangs?

Are there no cameras at the marinas? That's strange. Next to the police station suggests that the police were intentionally looking the other way.

"Police....looking the other way??" Hard to believe ( tongue firmly in cheek).
