Curious with the current SE winds and SE seas, is an overnight in Green Cay or Sandy Spit a possibility?

The winds are not an issue. You do want to make sure the weather is settled with no possibility of rain showers/Tstorms forecast. We overnighted there 2 days ago and it was fine. There has been a persistent 1.3 meter swell out of the N. It wraps around there and if your on a monohull will roll you a bit.
