We toddled down to the Pelican Grill on the Flamingo property to get a light bite. So much for that. My wife had the soft taco plate with a choice of shrimp, steak or chicken. She chose one of each for 17.50 and couldn't finish them. I tried the shrimp and it was delicious. I had the Sunday special rack of ribs with choice of 2 sides for 15.00. OMG. I've had ribs all over the island for over 20 years and these were the best ever. Even though I prefer a chewy rib these were very meaty fall of the bone with the most tasty sauce. What a surprise.
