I just received this email from Amaury - though I have no personal knowledge of the current state, or the access roads. There were no photos with the email, but it did have a link. I didn't see any photos of the pool area in the link, but did not spend much time looking.

Here is a little message to inform you that the Mont Vernon residence in Saint Martin is completely renovated after so many years of waiting, the buildings, the swimming pool, the gardens, everything is new, there is also a new supermarket (that i own) with more than 2000 items which is next to the laundromat and the pizzeria,
herewith some photos of the residence and the renovation we have done in our studios since 2021
