I'm not on Facebook, but my wife is. She just showed me an announcement on Dinghy's Beach Bar Facebook page an announcement of a new chef with some pictures of his/her creations, which look really good.
Previously, the sister of the brother sister team that owns this place was the chef and a good one at that.
Looks like they are finding their way as their business continues to grow.

Look forward to giving it a try in about 6 weeks.

Are you sure it's a New Chef or a New Chefs Specialty Menu? As I read it, it looks to be a New Menu the Chef came up with.

Maeva (the sister) is still the chef. She changes up, what they call their "specialty menu" every few weeks. Below are images of the most current and the two prior.

PaddleWacker, I had it back in the Fall. There were four different versions if I recall correctly. Made with Bushwacker, peanut butter, choc drizzle with cinnamon powder. It’s a frozen cocktail.

Ok just got the scoop from Bijon on the chef, his sister Eslia (sp)is still the main chef. They recently hired Maeva a chef with French influences for week night dinner menus. She was hired 3 weeks ago. So there you go.
