Thanks for that link. I've had a few people ask why it doesn't say anything about only applying within 7 days of arrival, and why the website doesn't seem to provide any guidelines or help for completing the form. The home page of the website says to "please visit our FAQ section below." But there is no FAQ section below that I can see. Am I missing something?

I filled out mine for November trip the other day, it was accepted, so not sure why the 7 day rule applies.

I am not sure either. On their slides and other postings they mention the 7 days and yet under their FAQ's page they state, "No time limit in advance, but before check-in from your departing country".
