I agree with Carol, it was a nice read. We went to Eleuthera in 2024 and really enjoyed it, other than the flights from Nassau in the small worn out shells they call airplanes. We stayed right near Tippy's at Pineapple Fields, which besides Tippy's had a few other good places to eat. We went up to Harbor Island for a day, bridge was open both there and back but closed for a few days after so lucked out but learned that you want to be on the side you need the days you are arriving and leaving the island. We also went to the south end, not all the way to Lighthouse Beach. Enjoyed stops at several pubs/beach bars along the way both directions, we could see spending a lot more time on this island. It is a nice change of pace, and while you see it has changed a lot in 30 years it is still so much less developed than a lot of other islands we have gone to.
I am sure we will be back, we also want to visit some of the other islands like Exuma. Thanks for the read!
