We’ll be on island in early May, staying on the Dutch side, and have narrowed down accommodations to Simpson Bay Yacht Club.
There are quite a few units available.
Does anyone have comments and/or recommendations on a studio or 1 bedroom unit ?
We generally spend our afternoons soaking in the pool, so proximity to a pool is important.
We own a studio in SBYC phase 2, by the pharmacy. Our building, building 5 looks directly out onto the nice pool.
The unit next door is definitly a rental as we have booked it for our daughter when she comes to stay next month. The VBRO description is SIMPSON BAY YACHT CLUB NEW VERY LARGE STUDIO CONDO 872 SQFT IN THE HEART OF SXM!. There are also other studios and 1 bed units in the same building for rent.
