Give them time, they will find a way around it, just a little more "greasing of the palms" may work wonders. I hope they do lose but it is St. Maarten.

I'm fairly shocked that they issued the stop work order. But, as you say, they will probably find some way around it.

And the illegal permit new beach bar on Simpson Bay. Bubacool or something like that have stopped working on but working late at night, Fishy. I understand the cant get a business license because they have not legal parking and sewer and other odd things. The neighborhood is fighting back hard. Just cazy the lack of common sense and to much beach over building.
