I'll be staying on St John before our sail next week so we have booked the 2:30pm Aquatic Rentals ferry from Red Hook to West End. It's my understanding this ferry will first stop at Cruz Bay prior to going to Red Hook. Is it possible to board there in Cruz Bay or should we plan a different ferry to cross from Cruz Bay to Red Hook? Maybe I should have posted this on the USVI forum...

We have taken that ferry a couple of times. It stopped at St. John on the way to USVI, but not on the way back.

The ferry goes through customs in Cruz Bay on the way from Tortola. Check with the ferry to see if you can board there.

They are going to Tortola and the ferry does not stop in St John on that leg.
