Is there a better day for Prime Rib between Monday or Thursday? I see it starts at noon. Is there a time you got to beat or they will be fresh out? We are medium rare people but we have learned medium rare today is rarer than medium rare of 1975 so at some places we order medium which is a slippery slope to overdone. Do we risk medium?

I always stop by or message them to make a dinner reservation and tell them I want a rare one. It usually comes medium rare. Doesn't matter what day you go. Always good.
