Booked Alamanda studio via booking.com. Modern First floor studio with WiFi, king bed, kitchen with utensils and clothes washer. On arrival they send you codes to the entry, key lock box and gate to beach/pool exit. The water was off on arrival but was restored by after dinner. The mini split AC kept the room nice and cool and the fridge kept the Carib and champagne cool.

We walked to the yellow umbrellas easily first 2 days then hopped in the old Toyota agva the remaining days. It’s an easy walk but easy drive with pool noodles towels and cooler.

If going to Wai Plage it is right out the back gate.

Extremely convenient to Village restaurants, petite Casino, and Good Morning Cafe.

We were on first floor, but a 2nd might have a view of water.

Parking in July/august was zero issue.

We would do Alamanda again if available at right price.

Is Alamanda actually a hotel again now, or are they just renting out individual units from private individuals?

Privately owned units. Ours was managed by emotion real estate which has a big office as you exit the village by the gate house.

It was nice and easy and a welcoming entry and walkway to unit. All modern plumbing hardware appliances.
