I read that there was maybe some commercial building taking place in or around the Botnay Bay residential community. Any chance of there being a restaurant nearby?

You're pretty far out there. Lovely area, but the food trucks at Brewers Bay may be your closest options. Fish Bar at Hull Bay is a favorite.
