Now you also have the "Live Chat" button on the menu bar. It is available 24/7 but we generally hold live chats on a regular basis also.
You can select the daily subscriptions if you like, there are a lot of settings available to you in your MY HOME section. We tried to explain many of the buttons etc in the FAQ section of the board. We also have the testing section to try the different things.

Also once we get some trip reports new or old, then we will be setting up the trip report library for permanent storage that will be accessible by everybody for reference and information.
