DanS said: The last time we chartered from Footloose (same company and base as Moorings), they transported us from the ferry in a small bus. However, the ride was not free, so it was essentially the same as taking a taxi. They also kept us waiting a bit, which was a little annoying after the long trip.
So next time I would consider just ignoring the company-provided transportation and grabbing a taxi. If there isn't a cab waiting at the ferry terminal, there's a taxi stand maybe 100 feet north of the terminal.
