I sent an email,to Jeanie @ shop n drop to inquire about her availability over the Easter weekend. Apparently, her reply to me was returned as undeliverable. Jeanie went the extra mile and called me at home to notify me about this. We had a pleasant conversation and needless to say, I will be using her service on our upcoming April trip. This is customer service at it's best
