No info on the unit but am taking my 10th trip to this resort in April. We stay in the f building or the villas. If you have any questions on the resort itself I'd be happy to try and answer. I do believe this building has been renovated though

Stay at the Villas, newer, all oceanfront rooms with a beautiful view of the sea. Studios are smaller, go for the 1 bedroom suite, full kitchen, large balcony, swim up bar at a large nice pool.

Calladium appears to have been renovated in 2012. Pictures here I don't know the question on the view, but am somewhat skeptical.

looks great, this time share was an unexpected bonus, We will anchor in Simpson Bay while we enjoy the one bedroom. We will call tomorrow to see if we can upgrade to a villa

We are currently in unit C-11A. C-14B is the lower unit of a lockout. It has been remodled. Faces Simpson Bay and Lagoon - may be some obstruction from Villa Building and trees, but partial water view.

OK, thanks for posting. I wondered whether the villas would block the view or not.

actually, C14 has a great view of the lagoon, and the new bridge. It is really pretty at night all lit up. the C buildings have all been renovated and have the same decor as the Villas. The only units left to do are the Flamboyant and the Marina. IMHO, the Units "up the hill" have a far better view, and larger units than the Villas. You'll love it! Have

OK, a view of the lagoon, not the ocean, but I can see where a view of the causeway would be really cool! So, what happened, sail2wind? Did you check on the villas? Sounds like you should stay with what you got, which sounds nice!

looks good, we just have to decide where to anchor or pay for a slip for a week.

I heard they were going to start renovating the marina and/or flamboyant buildings in April. Can anyone confirm?

I've confirmed the Marina will be done first. F building will be 2016. We go week 17 in f building so we had to get firm answers before booking. This is what management told us

Sorry the "what's your deal" sounded rude, not meant to be. So where are you sailing in from? How long will you be on the island?
