I like the Cruising Guide to Puerto Rico by Pavlidis. Also, if you can get your hands on a copy of the 2003-2004 Cruising Guide to the Virgins by Simon and Nancy Scott, there's a section on the SVI. Here's a link: 2003-2004 Cruising Guide
