Anonymous Unregistered A	For various reasons, the original developers of the resort are no longer involved with it, and management has been assumed by a group of the condo owners. The name change coincided with that transition. The facility is the same and being operated in a similar manner. The rental units are condominiums that are in a guest rental pool. We've stayed there twice under the Mak Nuk name and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arose. The condos are first class and the pool and grounds are gorgeous. The services available (dining, etc.) may vary, but we've always elected to either cook in the condo kitchen or avail ourselves of the amazing dining options in Tulum.

MNriverrat Member M Joined: Jun 2015 Posts: 2	There has been an onsite general manager for about 6 months. He is very involved and is making Intima even better than before. The restaurant and bar now have posted hours. This place is spectacular and will be a major player in the CO market.
