I've been there a couple of times during Memorial day and I've never experienced any closings. It is a busy weekend though with the Foxy wooden boat event, Leverick Poker Run and the Boat show (last year was at Scrub....not sure where it is this year).
Good morning....Monday is an official holiday here, too. Whit Monday. All banks, govt. offices, etc. will be closed. Most restaurants will most likely be open. Usually, Riteway and larger food stores will be open to late afternoon. Best to check ahead. Have fun!!
