There is just so much to tell that it's hard to get started! CYOA upgraded us from a 49-foot monohull that developed a mechanical problem to a brand new Helia-44 Catamaran " Big Papa Lulu" for our trip in early August! Thanks CYOA! Big Papa Lulu comes with every amenity... Generator, AC, water-maker, two large refrigerators drawers, freezer, cockpit fridge, cockpit ice-maker, underwater lights, and much, much, more. Big Papa Lulu is IDEA for cruising the Spanish Virgin Islands because it is so difficult to take on fuel and water there. We found the large 124 gallon fuel tank just perfect for a 10-day charter, and we ran the generator 14-16 hours a day. You can see more about Big Papa Lulu HERE. We took gobs of pictures during the trip and are just beginning to get through them. Here's a couple... We just returned from a week on Big Papa Lulu - what a boat! Watermaker, Icemaker, Genset, fridge and freezer - everything worked really well. LOTS of room to stretch out and chill. Our crew loved the upper lounge above the hard bimini.... Boat sailed well, too - it is a LOT of mainsail to raise, but once up....zoom-zoom. Nice folks at CYOA were great again.
