Just back to NY at 4 PM today. First cruise ever so take it for what it is worth since we have nothing to compare it to. We had a great time. I won't bore anyone with plane talk. <br> Left at 5 PM Sun Jul 15 for western Carib trip. First stop Key West on Monday. Just walked around Key West on our own and stopped into Hogs Breath Saloon for the best blackened fish sandwich ever.<br> Tuesday was a stop in Cozumel. Took the shore excursion trip to Talum. This was a great trip. Learned about Mayan culture and saw the ruins. Went to Cancun a few years ago and did not make this trip and sorry we didn't.<br> Wednesday at sea. Cocktails galore. Margarittas the winning cocktail of the day.<br> Thursday a surprise trip to Montego Bay. Not a wakeup surprise because we were told before we left Fort Lauderdale, but a surprise non the less. Seems a dock in Casa Maya was damaged. Not very comfortable in Jamaica but we took a great excursion. Took a Land Rover 4 wheel trip thru Jamaica. Stopped at a cave, went to an orange plantation, 4 wheeled thru the countryside. Followed by the guide company. Now if you want my opinion we were well protected by the guides and the excursion company.<br> Friday was Grand Cayman and they named it right. It was truly Grand. This excursion was a trip to Singray City which was one of the most fascinating things we have ever done. After Stingray a snorkling trip where we saw a few morey eels and met face to face with a Baracuda. <br> Saturday was a day at sea and we were back in Fla. on sunday early. <br> Had a great time on our first cruise and would do it again.<br> Sorry so short but really tired. <br>Rick and Grace<br><br>
