We use Kevin for our transport from the STT airport to the ferry and set that up before we leave the states. However, on our last trip, on the way back from Tortola to STT I tried to call him from my cell phone (verizon service) and the call wouldn't go through. It looked like I had service. Is there a country code or something I need to dial while I'm IN the BVI's to reach him?

Verizon considers both the USVI and the BVI international. I would try texting him. That will work with no issues.

Do NOT message him on Facebook, he more than likely will not see it. Text message is the way to go.
