Marinate the lamb over night in 1 cup ofWhite wine and2 tbls Stonewall Kitchen Garlic mustard. Grill for 25 minutes on one side Turn over and grill another 20 minutes Take off and let rest for 20 Minutes YUM!!!!!!!!!! Temperature should be 130 in the meat thermometer.

Rather than post a duplicate... see recipe for Mary's Lamb... or MOUSSAKA...
we also recenly got some lamb steaks at A&P that were marinated in tea and encrusted in crushed peppercorns (like you would for steak au poivre)...
did them on the grill to med. rare...
Really Good! It's about the only meat that a tea marinade works on...
Just regular Liptons or whatever... nothing fancy...
