Phenix Car Rental is the latest venture for Mickey and Roberto (formally of Tropical/Tropicana Car Rental). We have known them for over 15 years and rented from them literally dozens of times. Never a problem.

SXMMD you rented from Tropical in the past; Mickey and Roberto worked there. Tropical has replaced much of its staff including Mickey and Roberto, who have since started their own business. Tropical is in business as always and now has a younger fleet. (Just clarifying what's going on.)
