within the next couple of days. Letter states that they have kept the rates the same since 2013 and have increased them this year at 6% across the board.

MF increases seem to be the norm for Timeshares lately. Our Flamingo fees stayed the same for about two years and then we had a slight increase of $36.00 a week for this coming year.
