Good on just about any veggie, a nice baguette or better yet, on a good Club Steak!
also lobster & steamed clams too!
Lasts a long time in the fridge...

INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground paprika

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic and parmesan cheese.
Season with garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and paprika. Mix until smooth.
Refridgerate until hard.

Peconic? Dumb question here...do you use salted or unsalted butter? The reason I'm asking is because you add garlic salt to the mixture. We have both here and was wondering what to use. We love garlic butter

I always use unsalted butter, in everything...
I look at salt as an additive, and salted butter just adds more...
we don't even use salted butter on toast...
