Good on just about any veggie, a nice baguette or better yet, on a good Club Steak! also lobster & steamed clams too! Lasts a long time in the fridge...
INGREDIENTS 1 cup butter, softened 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
DIRECTIONS In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic and parmesan cheese. Season with garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and paprika. Mix until smooth. Refridgerate until hard.

I always use unsalted butter, in everything... I look at salt as an additive, and salted butter just adds more... we don't even use salted butter on toast...
