Spent today at Orient...walked through the new buildings...not ready for prime time yet...basic electric distribution panels not installed yet....talked to one of the new renters who laughed when I asked him when he would open...he showed me the keys to his empty space dangling from his finger and said he just got them...from what I saw, the open buildings were all bare concrete and walls with nothing inside....stay tuned....Dave

Are the individual renters responsible for the build-out? This sounds like the case as they've been given the keys.
