We are doing a Greek island cruise in June and will be flying form the US East Coast. Both British Airways and Air France are showing connection times of 1h30m in Heathrow and Paris connecting to Athens. Is that enough time? It seems very tight to me. The airlines say it is a "legal" connection. What do you think?

Are you going in the same day your cruise sails???? If so, no freaking way I would accept that connection! If you have a day or two built in at the beginning before you actually get on the ship, maybe.. Regardless, booking a tight connection to me only serves to make a vacation stressful, which it should not be..

Don't let me tell you what to do, but I will tell you I will never depend on air France and Charles de Gaulle for anything. Encountered to Venice to catch a cruise they lost our luggage and it literally arrived on boat an hour before sail. We arrived the night before and spent some of our Venice time buying clothes on air France's dime. Italian sizes don't fit too good I learned.

On the return.mThey blew connections on a perfectly blue sky day from Barcelona to Munich and put us at literally in a stinky pig farm hotel (b&B) hotel 30 minutes away from degaulle.

They also jammed me by going on strike as a delta sky miles code share that delta had reroute me to hell and back to get to Amsterdam.

Non non, mon freer. As the boss has already said that may be too short on any carrier if your cruise leaves that day or next

Don't be lured by a cheap Air France fare.

THank you, all. I guess my sense of this was correct. We are going the day before but I like to do everything I can to take the stress out of air travel. Looks like we'll go through Frankfurt a day ahead with a three and a half hour transfer time. Thank you.
