Yes Pat, it is Tortuga. We stayed at RI last year and enjoyed breakfast there very much.

The Westin Dawn Beach does a great breakfast as well as Sunday Brunch outdoors overlooking the pools with full-on views of the ocean although you are set back and not "right on the ocean" you clearly have an ocean view.
