OK... since I started the post about fresh mint...
[color:"blue"]Ice Water Jello Shots[/color]
about 20-30 fresh mint leaves, with main vein removed
1 plain gelitan pkg.
Vodka & Pepperment Schnapps mixed about 5:1
20-30 mint leaves, stems and center vein removed, dried and crushed to "glitter" size
Make gelitan according to directions, ecxept, use only 1/2 the water...
cook then add Vodka & Pepperment Schnaps & crushed Pepperment leaves...
pour into small plastic one ounce serving shot glasses (with tops)...
Put in Fridge until set...
They taste just like Ice water!
makes about 16 Jello Shots...
(one cup water, one cup vodka/schnapps mix)
Inspired by Ice Water, a shot a friend of mine, who used to be a bartender, would make...
I don't know if it was his invention, or something he got elsewhere, but I have never heard of anyone else making one...
Shot of Vodka with a scant "floater" of Peppermint Schnapps... Tastes just like "Ice Water"!
