Had a great dinner at FIG, I think the new location will be a success. Will certainly be returning for another visit.

We loved Fig at their previous location, so I'm sure I will enjoy it there. The only downside is having to pay for parking, but it's a small downside..

You can park for free if you go down the road by the pharmacy. As of October it was still well lit. And walk over past LaRosa and Down. There is a very large lot there

So very grateful for your comments. FIG has long been a convenient favorite of ours in its old location and we've been eagerly awaiting news of the new spot. Thanks for posting and including your photos. I've had that Asian shrimp salad several times in the past and think it's wonderful. Such a plethora of flavors!

Thanks for the pictures and your other reports. Glad you enjoyed Fig. It has been a really decent place and a good value the times we have gone.

Been to Fig many times in the past. Always great. Is their menu the same as before they moved? Hope so.

Not having eaten there before, can't say for sure. I'll ask next time we go.

Upstairs in the Maho complex on the Casino Royale side you will find the new home of FIG. Haven't been there since it opened in this location but loved it when it was at Cupecoy. My sincere hope is that the new location doesn't change the comfortable atmosphere from that which we so enjoyed in the past. Sounds and looks like it's doing well......I wish them much success now that they've reopened.

We went a couple of times and just love it. Location is festive, convenient to casino. Decor is trendy and sophisticated but warm and comfortable. Staff is great. Menu is the same as the old one and maybe could use some changes but everything is still delicious. I think it will be a big winner....especially nice to be able to overlook the goings on below.

Really? There is plenty of security at Night in Maho for Casino Royale, La Plage, La Terrasse, and in front of the stores between the pharmacy and Casino Royale. There is also a KPSM sub station in the Maho complex now as well.

Interesting. Where is the sub station. Is this new since October? We always walked in from Mullet. But stopped that and either park in the garage or more recently the big well lit lot down the road that you take to Pt. Piroutte.

The KPSM substation opened in the Shops below La Terrasse back in November of 2014.

I agree with Carol about not walking from that area near the pharmacy. And also it's quite far from the KPSM sub station.
Fig has been crowded every night we've been in the Maho area. Will have to try it with all the great reports.

Had a wonderful dinner at FIG on Wednesday night, and met Randy too. Have pictures of FIG (and other places) and will post later when I've recovered from our hellish trip yesterday. Flight delay of 3 hours, missed our connection and had to overnight in Toronto although Westjet did come through with a a hotel voucher and multiple food vouchers that we didn't use. Got 3 1/2 hours sleep last night then we were up and at it for a short hop home. Missed my Caribbean breakfast this morning.

Sorry you had such a bad trip home! It's bad enough have to go home, even when you don't have a bad trip!

Looking forward to seeing some more pictures though!

Just so you know I'm not referring to parking inside the old Mullet Bay property. I'm referring to the actual parking lot with lights behind LaRosa and the strip club/medical clinic. There is almost always security on the corner as well as taxis lined up. Pretty sure the tennis courts are next to it as well.
