We have dined at Bluefin several times since its opening ! Never been deceived ! The place has great ambiance , warm service and the food is just fabulous ! One of the owner is the fisherman who bring fresh fish and lobster to your plate ! I don't think it is too expensive if you compare it to many great restaurants on the french side (Grand Case )since Bluefin can measure up to them! We are staying in Orient Bay while in SXM so we rarely go dining on the dutch side but we make an exception for this restaurant ! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" /> http://www.bluefinsxm.com/
