Sky Explorer/Fly Dutchman follow-up

I sent the following to their customer service:
My wife and I went over and viewed the Sky Explorer and the Flying Dutchman today. I think this could/should be a gold mine. BUT, I was extremely unimpressed. Many reviews say how slow the process is and how long the wait is. I can concur. I saw 2 folks come down. Then I watched the 3-4 workers at the end of the line go into a little building and went into a total sleep mode. I waited for 45 minutes and no one else came down. I knew there were people up there waiting. The process of sending the gear back up was totally inefficient. They only use of 2 of the 4 lines concerned me. I didn’t see any engagement at all of your employees. Being an engineer, I had no confidence in the safety of the operation or the maintenance of the equipment or the efficiency and effectiveness of the employees. This gave me an instant message of “Don’t Go”. Maybe, I caught a bad time, but the reviews tell me different.
