Now is the time for an innovative person from the BVI to bring passengers directly from the southwest gate to a ferry, which would facilitate customs clearance on the ferry.

In a perfect world a BVI rep would greet passengers en route to the BVI's on any flight ,put them on a shuttle over to a new ferry terminal at the end of Lindburgh Bay and zoom them over to West End and Road Town. The taxi drivers would never allow that but even a designated shuttle (taxi van) to the ferry dock in Charlotte Amalie would be better with confused BVI bound folks being greeted and led to it..
