I was able to actually read the whole thing, I think, but after they wanted me to sign in.

Good news for those in the upper midwest. Surprised they will be going to St. Croix nonstop, as it doesn't really seem that popular a destination. Perhaps only on Saturday or Sunday.

You must be a speed reader as I could only get through first paragraphs before the sign up prompt blocked me out. When is this supposed to start?

The article says service will start in November and December. It also says that it will be seasonal service.

I disabled ad-blocker, and it still would not allow me to see more than a few seconds. I think you have to be a subscriber to read the entire acticle.

OK, I guess maybe the article was longer than I thought.. I would think that AA will be sending out emails to AAdvantage members when the details are firmed up.

I need them to add a direct flight from Dulles. United needs competition here too!

Nice for our November trips but not used to traveling on a Saturday.

Good for somebody in Illinois Wisconsin Minnesota.

But I wouldn’t chance my vacation connecting in Ohare.

With AA, MIA and CLT are reliable. Reluctantly did Philly for price.

We have been flying United's Chi to Sxm non-stop for many years. They do Sat and Su flights. Sat to Sat is currently very expensive, Sat to Su is less expensive. We'll be watching the price for the American flights to compare. Check fared weekly as deals can be found.

From what I have seen, non-stop flights from Chicago-ORD start Saturday, December 6th.
