The cars where we stay have the discs. The spaces have blue lines. You set your arrival time yourself & you have 1 1\2 hrs <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" /> we used it once. But all the big open parking areas around there don't need them. We had no problem finding spots to park.
