Mike - as much as I say I'll do things the old fashioned way, I'll definitely have all crew info on spreadsheets. Its a pretty limited crew in our case - just 3 of us, and maybe the occasional guest ("crew") who makes a country transit - so, should be manageable. I am planning to download all forms for all countries before the trip, and I suppose print them off at home before departure - since I won't have a printer on the boat. In any case, thanks for the thoughts everyone!
