We flew with them Feb, 2017 - They did a good job. We arrived at SJU at 2:30 > we were fearful of booking the 3:30 flight to EIS because we were told we had to collect our luggage and go through security. So, we booked the 6:30 pm flight. I emailed their website and was informed that if our group made it to the gate by 3:00, we could change to the earlier flight. We made it there but the ticket counter told us there would be a price fee for the change. They went ahead and collected our luggage for us and we took a taxi to the Ritz for a couple of hours. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
