Thanks for the report. Glad u had a good time. Wife and I plan to visit this month over Memorial day weekend with friends.
As for other trips: Palm Springs is about 2.5 hour drive from San Diego and Orange county/Disneyland. 2 hour drive to Los Angeles. Vegas is about 4 hours if you take the back road from Palm Springs.
Never thought Desert Sun was a confining environment. There is about 1.5 acres of grassy open space. And as far as the high walls-it is a nudist resort thing. Need to keep public from looking in.
