This is a $5000 chance I will not take. It's so easy for charter guests to be so nonchalant, when it's not your property. When we had our boat, we rigged a simple rig to the D rings on the the dinghy and hoisted it with a spare halyard, instant davits. A 15" steel cable from Home Depot and a decent water proof lock can save you $$$$
