Not trying to beat a dead horse here but what they pump into the trucks are the "solids".........the liquids (effluent)are what concern me more. In an engineered system the effluent is designed to slowly percolate back into the ground...cleansing itself as it travels back to ground water level. Unfortunately volcanic rock does not allow adequate percolation. This is an island wide problem not specific to a particular area.
