I make this one a lot, is always well liked and usually no left overs.
1# Bob Evans Sage Sausage - browed and drained 1 large loaf of velveeta - cubed 1 jar of salsa - you can use mild to hot, depending on how you like it 3/4 c of sour cream
I put everything in the crockpot on low until melted.
