Here is an easy recipe which many enjoy.
Dozen Egg Casserole
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 1/4 cups of dice ham or sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 dozen large eggs
2 cups milk
Place hash browns in bottom of 9 by 13 casserole dish. Top with meat and cheese. Pour the beaten eggs and milk over the ingredients in the dish. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
